Our History
G-Shore is a corporate services firm with its headquarters situated in Ghana. G-Shore is the first and pioneer in international offshore business services in Ghana. Our focus is to provide a world-class platform for the business communities of the global world to comfortably and confidently hold their assets.
G-Shore offers an inexhaustible list of offshore services which will eventually include:
- formation of international business companies (IBC`s)
- provision of company management, directorship and shareholding services
- assistance with licensing of offshore insurance companies
- formation of offshore mutual funds
- offshore bank account introductions
- virtual office services
G-shore is fully and duly registered under the Ghana Companies Code 1963 (Act 179) and operates under business license number CA 43,943.
G-shore has assembled a professional, discrete and well-qualified management team to spearhead all units of operations.

Based in H No.E266/3, Ringway Crescent, Ringway Estates, Accra, the capital of Ghana, we are ideally located to provide professional offshore services from this international financial centre and beyond. |
